An initial medical history is like an inventory—as many facts as possible are gathered, and your pet's current condition is determined and documented. This includes:

• Your animal’s history: Where does your pet come from? What did it experience before the disease broke out?

• Medical history & course:Was there a connection to the outbreak of the disease? For example, your animal has never fully recovered since it had the castration. Or has it undergone psychological changes since the castration surgery, etc.

• Current symptom list: This serves as a guide for us to check whether we are on the right track.

• Psyche of your animal:Body and mind work together as one! For example, if your pet behaves as if it were healthy despite severe arthritis, this is an indication for certain remedies. Or if your pet screams at the slightest touch and tends to become hysterical when held, this is an indication for a number of other remedies.

• if necessary, a detailed investigation: If this has not already been done by the vet and your pet is ready.

The reason we do this is this: For me, all of this data is like points on a map that lead to a common goal. In this case, the goal is the right homeopathic remedy.

This usually takes about 1-1.5 hours.

Why do we do this...?

Homeopathy is a mood-change therapy.

Every plant, every element, every poison and even pathogenic germs, if appropriately ground and diluted, can cause a range of physical and psychological symptoms in the body of healthy people.

For every homeopathic remedy, there is a catalog of physical and psychological symptoms. Giving these remedies to a sick body that suffers from precisely these symptoms can encourage the body and psyche to change their minds.

A good example of this is arnica, which can provide relief from sore muscles or painful bruises.

Over the years, I've repeatedly seen people come to me with their animals who haven't made any progress with conventional medicine. Homeopathy is often tried as a last resort.

I'd like to point out at this point that homeopathy isn't a miracle. It, too, has its limitations. Therefore, I generally make no promises of healing, and I carefully decide whether my expertise is sufficient for your pet. However, we can discuss this in detail.

I'd also like to point out that I've enjoyed working with veterinarians since the beginning of my practice. I firmly believe that a combination of both worlds serves your pet best. One isn't better than the other, but together they are incredibly powerful.

There are also a number of conditions that I don't treat in my practice because I haven't been able to achieve good results with homeopathy over the years. These include cancer and FIP in cats.

For simple cases, the appointment will take place online via Zoom. For more complex cases, a home visit will be arranged. Please note that I only travel to the following locations:

We'll meet regularly over a four-week period to discuss your pet's progress. After that, you'll usually have a good plan for your pet. If a follow-up appointment is needed, you can schedule another one-hour consultation with me.
